Empathy, understanding, and real connection.

I work with teenagers and young adults. Some are neurodivergent, some just need a little extra support. I walk alongside them to organize chaos, advocate for them, and build structure that actually works with their brains.

Someone in
your corner.

Honest perspective, real support, zero judgment. No program to run through — just actually showing up for you.

1-on-1 mentorship

Real conversations about where you are, where you want to go, what's in the way, and what you've got going for you that you might not be seeing. We meet regularly, build trust over time, and figure things out together.

Life skills & independence coaching

Navigating the practical stuff: schedules, social dynamics, employment, independence, confidence in daily life. Grounded, specific, and built around what you actually need.

Identity & direction conversations

For teens and young adults in the fog of figuring out who they are. Sexuality, values, purpose, relationships, self-worth. Real, safe spaces for the questions that don't get asked enough.

Creative mentorship

Sometimes talk isn't the right entry point. For young people who engage through making things (art, music, movement, performance), creative process becomes a tool for growth. You don't have to be 'an artist.'

Neurodivergent teens & young adults

Autism. ADHD. Down syndrome. Sensory differences. Whatever the label, the person behind it is whole and capable of more than people expect. A decade of real, lasting relationships, not clinical observation. Building people up.

A little about me.

I've spent more than ten years working directly with neurodivergent young people and people with disabilities. Not from behind a desk, but out in the world with them. For the past seven or eight years I've been a private in-home mentor to a young man with autism, someone I've watched grow from a teenager into a confident young adult. Being part of that family is one of the things I'm most proud of in my life.

Outside the mentoring work, I'm a creative producer and entrepreneur, a Muay Thai and kickboxing enthusiast, and I play in a cover band called Pet Rock (yes, really). I've lived in a lot of worlds and I carry all of them into this work.

I have spent most of my life feeling different, and the turning point for me was learning to love those differences and building systems for living that fit who I am instead of forcing myself into everyone else's mold.

I am very intentional about the people I walk with and the impact I have. I know how to get the absolute best out of people; it is what I do. I encourage people to double down on their differences and create structure that makes life more manageable.

If you are, or if you have, someone in your life who feels misunderstood or out of place and needs a friend, I would be honored to come alongside them. Everyone deserves someone in their corner.
